About Us

Jill & her dog, Gracie

Jill is our Practice Manager. She has many years of management and customer service experience, and is happy to assist you with any questions you may have about your pet's visit.  Jill lives in Granger with her husband, Todd, and her two children.

Crystal & her cat, Trip

Crystal is a Registered Veterinary Technician and has been a member of our staff since 2003. She is our Nursing Services Supervisor. She and her husband and daughter raise and show dairy goats in their spare time. They have one dog, two cats, and lots of farm birds.

Rachel & her Boxer, Marley

Rachel has been a Registered Veterinary Technician at MAH since 2007. When she is not taking care of patients she enjoys spending time with her husband Rick and their daughter, Madison, as well as their four-legged family members, which include her two cats Chloe and Gracie.

Caisha & her American Staffordshire Terrier, Duke

Caisha has been working at MAH since 2007, and is a Registered Veterinary Technician.  In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.  She enjoys playing cards, watching Yankees baseball, and retail therapy.

Jacque & her Toy Mix, Polka-Dot

Jacque is a patient and client care representative, as well as a veterinary assistant. She has been working at MAH since 2008.  She is attending Brown Mackie College and studying to become a Veterinary Technician. When she isn't working or at school, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and playing with her two rescued dogs, Toby and Polka-Dot.

Sarah & her Greyhound, Jingles

Sarah joined MAH as a patient care representative in 2009. She recently completed her RVT training at Brown Mackie College. In her spare time she enjoys training and playing with Jingles and her rescued Chihuahua, Gabe. She also loves Notre Dame football, and is planning a June, 2012 wedding.

 

Katie & her Dachshund, Pierce

Katie has worked with us since 2009, and is currently attending IUSB. When she isn't at MAH taking excellent care of our patients and clients, she loves participating in water sports, spending time at the beach, scrapbooking and spending time with friends and family.

 

Lara and her American Eskimo, Wezul

Lara began working as a Patient Care Representative in 2010. She has a BA degree from Western Michigan University. She is also a Pet CPR/First Aid Instructor through the American Red Cross and a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. Lara became a Karen Pryor Certified Training Partner in 2010 and has an interest in behavior modification. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her dogs and African grey parrot.

 

Halie and her Welsh Terrier, Olive

Halie is a one of our Patient Care Representatives. She is currently studying to be a Veterinary Technician. In her spare time she enjoys running, reading, playing fetch with Olive at the dog park, and spending time with family and friends. 

Michelle and her cat, Gizmo

Michelle is a native of Kalamazoo, MI, where she was previously employed in another veterinary hospital for 8 years.  She and her son, Jordan and daughter, Tayler, share their home with 3 cats; Gizmo, Libra and Anna.  Michelle enjoys photography and gardening, and loves live sporting events, listening to music and spending time "back home" with family & friends.

Kristina & her Shepherd mix, Hemi

Kristina has been a Patient Care Attendant since 2008 and takes wonderful care of our boarding pets. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies and riding roller coasters every chance she gets. She adopted her dog Hemi from the Humane Society and she also has a rabbit at home named E.B.

Heather & her Golden Retriever, Charlie

Heather has been working with us since 2008, and is one of our Veterinary Assistants. In her spare time she likes spending time with friends as well her 3 dogs, Charlie and Tucker, both Golden Retrievers and Jordan, a Shetland Sheepdog. 

Kelsey and her Husky Mix, Prince

Kelsey works as a Patient Care Attendant. She's interested in becoming a Veterinary Technician, and hopes to study at Purdue. In the meantime, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

 

Kari and her Australian Shepherd, Marley

Kari is one of our Patient Care Attendants.  She attends Purdue University Northcentral and hopes to become a Veterinarian.  She has three dogs, Amelia, Chloe, and Marley, as well as an American Paint Horse named Blue.  When she is not working or studying, Kari enjoys riding and competing with Blue.

Tayler and her cat, Tina

Tayler was born in Kalamazoo, MI, and recently moved to our area.  She is a Patient Care Attendant, and is currently enrolled at Brown Mackie College studying to become a Veterinary Technician.  Her hobbies include abstract painting and spending time with her family, friends, and three cats.

Amy & her cat, Buttercup

Amy began her career at MAH as a volunteer in 2004.  In 2007 she began working as a veterinary assistant, and also helps as a Patient Care Representative. Amy is studying zoology at Michigan State University, and hopes to become a veterinarian. At home, she enjoys studying and spending time with her friends and family.

Heidi & her Pit Bull Terrier, Kilo

Heidi is one of our veterinary assistants and has been at MAH since 2005. At home Heidi enjoys listening to music, watching New York Jets football, and spending time with her family as well as her dog and 2 cats.
